Die Hauptidee des Projekts ist die Schaffung eines Ensemblebildes analog zur Schieferstruktur von Öslingen, um dem Ort eine eigene regionale Identität zu verleihen.
Daher ist die Detaillierung der Dächer mit einer leichten schwebenden Neigung über den Hauptvolumen wichtig.
Um diese Ästhetik einer „Schieferstruktur“ nicht zu schwächen, bleibt die Architektur in der Wahl ländlicher Materialien eher zurückhaltend. Holz wird als regionales Material verwendet, Farben dienen lediglich der individuellen Gestaltung von Eingängen.
The main idea of the project is to create an ensemble image analogous tot he slate structure of Öslingen in orfer to give the place ist own regional identity. Therefore, the detail oft he roof with a slight floating slope over the main volumes is very important. In order not to weaken tis aesthetic of a slate structure, the architecture remains rather cautious in ist choice of rural materials. Wood is used as a regional material, colours are only used for individual designs of the entrances.
Das Grundstück befindet sich in Winseler , einem Kleinen Dorf im Norden von Luxemburg, in den Ardennen, im Ösling.
Das Ösling, als der Nordzipfel des Landes, sieht seine Grenze zum Süden mit dem Übergang des Schiefergesteins zu sandigem Boden charakterisiert. Es ist sozusagen auf Schiefergebirge gebettet. Eine andere Definition hat der Volksmund im 19. Jahrhundert geschaffen, sie besagt: „Wo kein Weizen, aber viel Ginster wächst, da fängt das Ösling an.“
2 Metaphern haben im wesentlichen die Erscheinung dieses Entwurfes bestimmt. Der Hochsitz der Jäger in den umgebenden Wäldern und die Farben der öslinger Blumenwiesen.
Hier entstehen 6 Wohnungen, 8 Einfamilienhäuser,2 Doppelhäuser, 2 Dreifachhäuser.
The property is located in Winseler , a small village in the north of Luxembourg, in the Ardennes, in the Ösling.
The Ösling, as the northern tip of the country, sees its border to the south characterized by the transition of shale rock to sandy soil. It is, so to speak, bedded on slate mountains. Another definition was created by the vernacular in the 19th century, which says: "Where no wheat, but a lot of broom grows, that's where the Ösling begins."
